1. All sales do not include installation unless paid for.
2. OKD offers a one-time free, courtesy design service to all kitchen order. Designs, based on measurements provided by the Client, are for reference only. OKD holds no responsibility for improper measurements or incorrect cabinet size provided by the Client.
3. OKD holds no responsibility for fitment issue once this agreement and appendix design layout has been confirmed and signed by the Client.
4. OKD holds no responsibility for any damaged products due to installation mistakes, unless services were provided by OKD.
5. All items must be inspected by the Client when taking delivery and refuse delivery for any damaged products. OKD is not liable for any damage claims after the Client, or its representative, accepts the delivery.
6. It’s the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping location is ready at the time of delivery. The Client, or its representative over the age of 21, must present and sign for the delivery, OKD shall give proper delivery notice ahead of time. All deliveries are curbside only unless other arrangements have been made with OKD.
7. Any delay on order delivery and or pick-up caused by the Client from the original confirmed date are subject to addition storage fee of $50 per day. OKD reserves the right to cancel any order that’s undeliverable caused by the Client and forfeit any deposits made to that order.
8. A 35% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returning or exchanging of uninstalled kitchen cabinets (exclude European style) and unopened flooring products. All European Style cabinets sales are final, all other sales are final.
9. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks. 14.5% per month interest in overdue balance.
10. OKD will sell to the Client the products described in the invoice within a reasonable time frame. OKD shall deliver the products to the Client and perform the installation services described in the sales invoice (if any). Additional measures or installation appointments requested by the Client due to not having the measuring or installing location ready, or final design decisions made by the Client may incur a charge of $250.00 per additional measure and or design.
11. OKD and its subcontractors is not responsible for coordination with other contractors or parties or any costs or delays resulting there from including but not limited to waiting or come-back time of others or OKD and its Sub Contractors scheduling, arrival time, work duration or cancellation.
12. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be paid to OKD from Client at the time of signing this agreement. The Client agrees to pay OKD all remaining balance before scheduling for delivery.
13. Non-payment of the balance of the sales price at delivery or installation will be a breach of contract and a 20% fee of the total bill will be imposed unless other arrangements have been made with OKD.
14. Client agrees to pay OKD for any additional costs incurred by OKD in the performance of this contract resulting from the failure of the Client to notify OKD of changes or acts of the Client, which result in additional cost to OKD. Change orders will be issued upon any changes to the order description written above and must be made in writing and signed before the order can proceed.
15. Should the Client breach this contract in any way or otherwise fail to meet the obligations of this contact and OKD refers this matter to collection or appropriate legal action, the Client agrees to pay all reasonable costs and attorney fees incurred by OKD.

Disclaimer

1. The Client, or its representative, must check and inspect all items in order when receiving delivery, and call OKD office immediately to inform any damaged or missed items. Once the delivery has been accepted and signed for, OKD is not liable for any damaged or missing parts/items of delivered order including but not limited to scratches, cracks, missing parts.
2. If installation service is provided by OKD, the Client must check for any issues or mistakes and report to OKD office within 15 days of installation completion. OKD will hold no responsibilities for any issues or damages after 15 days.
